Meet Justin Gunger, owner of Stillwater Development & Home Services. Justin got his start working alongside his father, Jon, and his uncle, Matt, learning the business from the ground up. Over the years, he worked his way up from laborer to estimator, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the trade.

Today, Justin personally leads each project and is the face you’ll see on the jobsite day to day. He is directly involved from start to finish, overseeing the details and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

His hands-on approach ensures every project receives the attention, care, and accountability it deserves, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
